I cannot recommend this stay. (Annatata) Unfortunately, I experienced several issues that made it very uncomfortable:

1 full day without internet, even though it was listed as included.

2 days without a working washing machine, so I couldn’t do laundry.

2 days with leaks in the ceiling, showing poor maintenance.

As compensation, the host offered me a discount for a future stay — but honestly, who in their right mind would want to book again after such an experience?

Overall, this property does not meet even basic standards of quality or hospitality. Very disappointing.

Please be aware of the awful company! The apartments are dirty and not hygienic enough for even a pet to stay in! Customer service is shocking and once they have your money they don’t want to know. Don’t let these people ruin your holiday!!!!

Avoid this company at all costs

We booked 10 night stay at the Anantara apartments and when we arrived it was absolutely disgusting, dirty bed sheets, smell was awful, rotten food in the cupboards, unsafe wires hanging from the wall, mouldy shower and sofa bed. We left within 1hr of arriving. Do not give this company any money up front... They have refused to refund our money and ruined our holiday... Avoid!!!
