Horrible property managers - AVOID THEM
They are terrible property managers, my occupancy rate fell from 95 to 50%, and the worst is that they always find something to repair where they managed to overcharge you. For a simple toilet leak, they want you to change the full toilet, I had to send my plumber, and he fixed it in 1h.
They also create adjustments in your reservation profit so they retain the money. Then when you ask where it comes from they don't reply for a while until you chase and then they say that they need to check as they don't know.
On top of that, when you send an email, another person always replies so nobody knows what is happening.
In summary, they don´t care about your property, nor do they have any work ethic.
I regret joining them and it costs me a lot of money on top of the damages of the property that I now have to fix. PLEASE DON'T USE THEM.
They need to go out of the market.

I have brand new appartment studio in paris for rent. I have used the service of Guestready. They received 2 feedback and both of them are very negative, they mention that Guestready service was really bad.

Because of that, unfortunately my revenue on Airbnb will be very low from now on.

Avoid.
