Amazing Service
Ruth provided the best service imaginable.
Even getting us through the following:
We had problems with the delivery company damaging the bottles, redirecting them, then misplacing them, then claiming they had redelivered them when they hadn’t and more…
Throughout, Ruth was professional, polite and did her utmost to sort them out.
She then arranged, at a very quick turnaround before Christmas, a new delivery of fresh wine, even though it wasn’t Guest Wine’s fault, being, as I mentioned, entirely that of the deliverers.
I actually enjoyed speaking to her and will certainly use them again. They are friendly and have an excellent range of unusual wines. We even ordered a hamper. The wine we got was from Gratien Mayer in Saumur and was quite niche.
So all in all, Guest Wines are thoroughly recommended.

Ordering made easy

I like Pedro Ximenez and the website was clear, informative and well priced. Several bottles later and I was sorted. Checkout was was easy followed up by clear emails that told me the status of my order. A couple of days later I received my order by courier, well packaged and with some useful tasting notes.
