We only have one aim, to give savers direct access to, or allow trustees, employers and providers to provide tools their pension savers need, to improve their retirement outcomes. Put simply, there are plenty of tools which tell pension savers if they take A each year, earn B returns, their pots will last for C years. For almost everyone these offer no practical help, as nearly everyone has other income or savings to put towards retirement. Included in these are State Pensions, Final Salary pensions, ISA savings and part time work for example. Some of these are taxable, some are not. Our tool is the only fully holistic planning tool that can be used directly by individuals without expert input. Our tool answers the one question pension savers actually want answered, "How do I use everything I have, to get the after tax income I want in retirement?". Fantastic tool
Having looked for a pension drawdown calculator and found nothing that wouldn't require a callback or similar, I've finally found this. What a fantastic tool to get basic (and maybe not so basic) projections. I don't understand the minority of more negative reviews complaining it doesn't do more - as far as I can see that's not the point, even though Guiide say they're going to develop the site. If I need more in depth financial advice and planning I chat to my IFA. In the mean time I'm going to enjoy playing with figures and scenarios, seeing what I hoped was in my head confirmed and displayed on graphs! Thanks for a useful tool.

Guiide provides me with a useful tool for retirement planning without the need for specialist knowledge or fees.
Guiide provides me with a straightforward, easy to understand tool through which I can gain confidence over my retirement preparations.
The sections of the questionnaire are well presented and lead the user through to a very useful summary, with the ability to assess different scenarios.

Intuitive and good with additions anticipated
Very easy to use, and quite intuitive. It can be a fiddle to go and make some amendments to model an alternative scenario but not too bad. Overall the best and simplest free model I have found. A few additions would be very useful - for example a big withdrawal to pay off a mortgage post retirement.

Excellent pension planning tool.
Very useful for getting a fairly detailed estimate of how your pension finances might work. Allows lots of different permutations to be tried and I do like the stress test feature and the ability to apply suggested fixes to the plan.
