Excellent Service
Excellent communication, prompt arrival and great route choice. Guildford to Stanstead in less than 90 minutes.
Pick up and return journey was equally impressive despite our flight being over 1 hour delayed.
The driver was a hero, phoning me that evening and returning a lost passport he'd found to our house the following day.
Highly recommended

Great service to and from Godalming.
We live in Godalming, so not too far from the airports, but we always use Guildford Airport Taxis as it's such a great start & finish to the holiday. They're always on time with a smooth ride, and they know us well, so it's more like getting picked up by a friend. Strongly recommend.

Pick-up was half an hour late for holiday pickup and led to almost missing our plane . Was travelling from Guildford to the airport and the company was unable to provide the service that is their sole objective on time . Poor, Shall not use again

We appreciate you bringing this issue to our attention.
I am sorry you were not picked up on time and this is definetley not a common occurence for us at all.
After speaking with the driver, he tells me there were temporary road works in several place on the route to your house. In particular a traffic light which remained on RED for a period of time.
Although we do check for roadworks in the area, at times in this job circumstances beyond our control are inevitable.
Once again i am sorry you had a stressful morning.
