The Customer Service is amazing! I contacted a different company prior to Guildhall and they didn't even return my call. Guildhall very patiently answered all my questions and made me feel like a valued client.

Knowledgeable staff that understand the various forces at play in the precious metals market. We did however find the inventory reporting a bit delayed (over a month) and confused ( I received my wife’s TFSA metals inventory instead of my own TFSA holdings).
