My mom ordered a T-shirt for me on the 18th of July still hasn't received it, we haven't even received an email about it getting despatched yet I messaged them on Instagram twice and they are not answering my messages I have had problems with them before never ordering off them again
Order not fulfilled and no response to any emails or Insta message. I'm assuming it's a scam? Have contacted my bank seeking a refund.

My son ordered a shirt from this site. That was over a month ago. Still no shirt. I went to their site to message them a few weeks ago and still no answer. I was extremely hesitant on letting him buy anything from them but he insisted. Very unprofessional.
I ordered a t-shirt and a jumper from this company on the 25th March 2025! now it’s the 25th May and i still haven’t received anything! i am very ashamed as the products look so good yet i can’t say anything about them due to not receiving them! Numerous times i have for information about my order, and they’ve said we’ve sent out a replacement several times yet i have not got it! i love supporting small businesses but now i wont be due to this company! It’s annoying how i spent my birthday money on products which i have not received!!

Ordered a tshirt on the 25th March, 3rd April I went to check for updates but the website said expired and my emails kept getting rejected. To which I reached out on instagram and they said they would despatch the order over the weekend and the website was up and running. Messaged them again on 28th April explaining that nothing still hasn’t arrived and was told they were going to see what was going on with the collection, yet I was told on the 3rd April it was being sent out that weekend… contacted clearpay to open a dispute due to the item not arriving to which I already paid for the item in full, now got the refund coming. Would avoid this company at all costs
I ordered a custom t-shirt back in december last year. I gave them alot of time as i understand the christmas and new year holiday. Unfortunately still to this day i don't have my order. I asked for a refund twice and still had no reply. This is such a shame as I've ordered from them many times before and have had no problems
I have used this site alot of times before and I love their stuff but I ordered a sweatshirt in January and it just says pending fulfilment I tried contacting them on the email provided and have no response I don't want to discredit them because like I say the have been so good and quick in the past I just want to k ow where my order is . It was a custom so I understand it takes longer but to have no reply by now I'd a bit long.
SCAM. AVOID. DO NOT USE. Awful company. Ordered over 2 months ago. Failed to reply to multiple emails. When replied to my 8th email, said order was being despatched. Still haven't received. Refusing to reply to my requests for refund. Avoid at all costs.
Do not use this site. I ordered a t-shirt well ahead of Christmas with 48hr tracked postage included. The item was never sent and they took ages to reply to my email chasing them. I requested a refund as it never arrived, and then they stopped contacting me. I have had to raise a dispute with my bank to try and get my money back.

Took 2 weeks & now longer. I asked when it would be sent and they gave me a day and never shipped it. Sent multiple emails and non were replied to. Had to open a dispute with my bank to get my money back. This is so disappointing as I've ordered from the company a lot and all of a sudden they fail me.

Poor customer service and communication. Order wasn't shipped until the day that I asked for a refund after waiting 2 and a half weeks for product. Took money out of my account the next day. Never properly replied to my emails.
