This is about the Guise Ettiquette candle specifically. The candle, has a strong robust scent, the soy wax is nice quality as is the jar. But the wicks they use are the absolute worst. Have not been able to burn this candle since we got it without it sputtering out after 2 minutes. Sorry but this was a higher end candle and a higher price and it's one of the worst I've ever used. Simply because... I can't actually use it.
Best customer service I've ever had. Hands down. I requested Expedited shipping, but after a few days my package didn't arrive yet. So I emailed Guise Etiquette and after looking up the tracking info it looks like USPS was having issues delivering on time. They refunded my shipping ENTIRELY and basically gave me free shipping for the trouble. I've never had a company do that before, absolutely awesome!
