Disappointing service
I ordered three sets of strings and took advantage of the 10% off and free p&p. The website showed them in stock. However Guitargearpro only delivered one set. Very disappointing, so I ordered two more sets from another supplier.

‘Slow service’ doesn’t do this justice.

Speedy and polite service
I'll admit I was a little hesitant in using guitargearpro to order some Curt Mangan strings. It has a .co.uk address but is based in Baltimore, US. Also I could find no reviews online. But I took a punt and can report that the ordering was straightforward and my strings arrived promptly (and so presumably from a UK base) and well packaged.
I even had a hand written 'thank you' note inside. Nice touch.
If the Curt Mangan strings are as good as I've been told then I'll certainly be using guitargearpro again.
