Total scam. Keep on taking money from my account and do not respond to any of my multiple emails requesting a refund. Have reported them to my bank. Do not purchase ANYTHING and give them your bank details as they will continue to charge your account for things you have not purchased. Total scam

I asked for a refund as the material the delivered is outdated and useless and nothing as promised.
Thy say they have a 365 days money back refund no questions asked policy BUT they NEVER responded to my request = Fraud
Do NOT buy anything from them = Its a scam
I now have to contact my credit card company to try to get my money back

Horrible Customer Service
Ordered their tapes years ago with a “lifetime membership” and that they will “Always send out new tapes as they are made or updated”
Total lies...never received any updated/new stuff and when I have emailed them...they never return with even a “get lost”.
Original tapes weren’t bad....but non-existent customer service gets them a zero stars if it were an option.
