The Guitar Fabrik Reviews

Shipped quickly and arrived in perfect condition. The guitar was way better than the pictures, so a little tip there. Upgrade the pictures so the buyers can better judge the product!

Fast shipping and good product

Delivery was fast and the set was good packaged. I didn't expect the body and neck to be very good but tbh I expected it to be way better as it actually is. The two most fundamental flaws are that the angle where the neck meets the body is way to high and the holes for the humbucker are not good aligned.
So if you enjoy working on a guitar I would say go for it but don't expect too much. If you want a good instrument just find one in a store.

It said included instructions but did not. Emailed and asked for a set. No answer. No shipping notification. One dangling wire on the pots/pickup assembly with no idea where it goes. Actual wood parts look pretty good.

I just got my strat neck,it look s perfect and nice, i shall fix it next week,. Nice wood.

So far..so good..

Best. customer. support. ever. Answered every question I had, swiftly and accurately! 5 stars

Very quick delivery. Guitar well packaged and seems nice quality!

Prompt delivery, havent used I yet so can't comment further

Unfortunately, as a newcomer to the guitar world, I didn't know what jr meant when I placed my first order. I dismissed it as a possible designation of the shape of the guitar. Please correct the information so that it says Junior and not JR. I did not take offense at this and placed another order. In the hope that the order 4000000220 is not a Junior guitar. With kind regards

Great products, quick delivery, great service.

the kit is really good and easy to build. i'm really happy with the resoult and it has been a great experience to build my own bass, that make me learn a lot.

They done what they said. This ukulele kit was omitting the build instructions but very quickly sorted over an e_mail.

Nice people - quick to respond, helpful, reasonably fast shipping. The quality of the kit seems nice, don't know how the finished guitar will perform yet.

Great experience, shipping, speed and service.
Good quality kit, as advertised.
They had that one thing I really wanted, and it was delivered faster than I could have imagined.

I had a pleasant shopping experience on "The Guitar Fabric". Site with lots of information and fast shipping allowed me to have the guitar at home (in Italy) in a very short time. The workmanship of the kit is excellent, now I'm just waiting to assemble it and play it.
The only suggestion, without any criticism, that I give to the shop is to provide the assembly information also in Italian, given that the site is entirely in Italian.
An experience definitely worth repeating, there are a lot of interesting kits!

thank you for the speed of delivery and for the quality of the product.

I received your wrap and I quickly noticed the wrap was very thin and came severely wrinkled.
I proceeded to tear down my guitar and attempted to install your product and it was extremely
Difficult to work with. I have recently installed an Inzane skin on a bass guitar nd it came out really good.
Because of the bubbling, wrinkles, I ended up destroying the gloss finish of my PRS Custom 24 finish.
I am really disappointed and all I’m asking is for a full refund and call it a day. I’m attaching the photos for your
Review. I do have experience with wraps and I was very hesitant to install and now I’m sadly regretting it.

Special Article that cannot be found anywhere Else. Order and Delivery without any issues. I‘m interested how good the Guitar Skin will work. Well let‘s see. Very well packed and the article arrived in Perfect condition.

I ordered a guitar kit on Saturday evening and it arrived by Wednesday morning, opened the kit and everything
looks fine. So far 3-4 stars for that.
The issue I have is with trying to get some help with my account.
I created an account but have been unable to get into it to since I created it.
The site recognises my email address but constantly says my account is temporarily disabled try later, I do, but same message.
I have tried resetting password my number of times but I just get into some silly loop about needing a password,
I try adding a new account with my email but I’m told it already exists.

I have emailed their support for help a number of times but no reply.
I tried calling but no answer.
My concern is the lack of help if needed and after sales support.
Also I wasn’t able to track my order online but fortunately DPD let me know when it would arrive.
I had planned to get a couple of other kits if my first one turns out well but I think I will be going elsewhere to purchase them.

Kit and other bits and pieces arrived within the week. The quality of both body and neck were a lot better than I expected. The ash guitar body is very impressive and nice to work with. The instructions are clear but still give you opportunity to do further research by providing links to websites and YouTube. I’ve no idea how I will get on with the assembly and set up, or how it will sound, but I have high hopes given the quality of the wood. So far,so,good, and not expensive at all.

Now finished. It looks great but more importantly it sounds brilliant. No need to change the pickups. The P90s are perfectly balanced and provide a nice range of sounds.
