hi I'm trying to find out who is the owner/ landlord of Guitarooze on Laneham street Scunthorpe? you reported on your FB page when the shop opened. the shop has now closed and the only items left in the shop are what people have taken in for the owner to sell on behalf of them. Andy Oram ( owner of the shop) who dealt with this is not taking calls or emails .... and I am wanting the items he has of mine back ( as apparently a few other people too) As far as Im aware the landlord is someone called John who is also having trouble apparently contacting Andy and I don't have a contact number for John the landlord....? I don't suppose I can shed any light on this matter???my keyboard was taken into the shop in may...no success getting hold of the owner as he doesn't answer emails or phone! !!!

Ordered on Agust 14th. As of September 18th there's no sign of my order and emails and FB messages have been ignored

Didn't ship my order. Just refunded me without an explanation

My mandolin had damaged to the neck. The repairs were done within a week and the mandolin was cleaned and looks and sounds like new

Brilliant service. Approachable staff who are easy to get along with. Got my j200 back after sending it in for a setup and now can't put it down. It absolutely sings! Will use guitarooze exclusively in future.

Initially I made contact online about possibly fixing an violin. The replies were very quick and I took it into the shop. Unfortunately, I decided it wasn't worth the risk to try and fix it as it had a great sentimental value to me. I was shown a secondhand violin which was in my price range and I bought it. The service I receive was exceptional so, I highly recommend Guitarooze.

Came and brought my bass in for a setup and upon receiving it, it played better than ever and I didn’t have to pay the full set up price as it was only a few things that needed to be tweaked. Overall very happy :D
