For decades Guitar Village has been assisting guitar players (from complete beginners to famous household names) find their perfect guitar. We only close 4 days a year* giving customers every opportunity to get down to our shop situated in the South of England 45 minutes from central London. *Since the pandemic, we have been closed on Sundays. Guitar Village houses a plethora of well over 1,000 guitars, amps and effects spread throughout 15 demo in our 15th century listed building - a landmark of the picturesque medieval market town of Farnham, Surrey. There is a special kind of ‘homey ambiance’ that makes for a more relaxed shopping experience. The staff at Guitar Village all play guitar (a necessity to work here unlike some guitar shop salesmen!) and have an extensive in-depth knowledge and ability to guide customers to the right guitar. We also have a full-time tech on hand to help with any issues and set-up requirements. We do everything from brand new to used and vintage guitars so whether you are after the latest innovations and reissues, a reliable workhorse or rare collector's item, we are sure you'll find it here. As a long-established guitar specialist, Guitar Village has built up firm relationships with all the major manufacturers over the decades and are proud to be authorised dealers for Fender, Gibson, Martin, Taylor, Gretsch, PRS, Ibanez, Ernie Ball Music Man, Lowden, National, Faith, Takamine, Rickenbacker, Collings, Guild, Larrivée, Marshall, D'Angelico, Mesa Boogie, AER, Cornell, Vox, Orange, Boss, Jim Dunlop, Roger Mayer, ThorpyFX, Strymon, Electro Harmonix, and many others. A range of 0% and low-interest finance options now help the guitarist find the correct instrument for them without the price tag being an issue by spreading the cost into easily manageable payments. Free next-day shipping to mainland UK is also available on most products bought online for those unable to visit. We sell guitars worldwide through our website but a personal visit to the shop to take all of this in is very much recommended!

Cort Action PJ Bass great service

I purchased a Cort Action PJ Bass guitar for my wife and after initially saying they couldn't ship it to me due to the lack of a sturdy box from the manufacturer, they had a look overnight and found something to do the job. I'm really grateful for them going the extra mile as I wanted to purchase from them primarily because of the service (guitar setup before being sent) they provide and that they're an independent shop. I highly recommend them as they know what they're talking about and provide great service.

Great experience

Buying an instrument online, especially at a considerable distance, is always something that creates a certain amount of apprehension for various reasons, and especially when spending a large sum of money.
The experience with Guitar Village has been more than satisfactory in all respects.
I have to thank Adam for his availability through emails.
I also really appreciated the serious check list before packing the instrument.
So, I can only thank everyone at Guitar Village, and of course recommend them.
Thank you very much.
