We tried to order watering cans from…

We tried to order watering cans from you on Internet. We could not achieve the order as our card was consitently refused (other methods too). We wrote you emails (my wife did) and tried to call on the phone three times. No one ever answered to mail or phone. I even contacted the Swedish ambassy - for no avail. The watering cans are a gift for our daughters. We have been using you can for many years now and we find it very good. What sucks is your communication ! If you are still able to send the thing to us please do so. We offered to pay via Paypal if your ordering system is broken.
