I had purchased the heart promise rings personalized with my girlfriends name and mine on outside and our saying on the inside . Our rings came in a awesome box and were every thing I was hoping. They were beautiful and exactly what i was looking forward to . she and I both love them and size was perfect. True to size . I recommend this company and will absolutely order from here again . I'm so excited there here .

Perfect!! Exactly what I ordered for my daughter and me. She walks alone to and from school, so I need her to have something for her safety just in case.

The costumer service was extremely reactive to help with the customization. The ring is great looking and very smooth (fidget ring), and the sizing was also perfect. Took longer than I expected to arrive but it was worth the wait.
I will be ordering again for sure!

What got my attention was the very affordable price. I ordered the gold ring, hoping it would be the one that illuminates the fiery orange/red color, as depicted on the website. Unfortunately for me, my ring illuminates white. Based on the images displayed on the website, I had assumed the silver ring will illuminate the greenish color.

The response time from this company was surprisingly quick. I had inquired about an update in the tracking info (by the way, you will get tracking info, when your item ships, but after the item is delivered, the info is deleted, so don't be alarmed) and to my surprise, my inquiry was responded the same or next day. My point here is if you're interested in The One Ring, don't take the 50-50 shot like I did. Reach out to them, as they are very responsive.

Beware of this website depending on the product you buy. I bought a couple bracelet set and a couple pajama set for my little cousin and his gf. The pajama set was in good quality but unfortunately, the couple bracelet set was not. One of the two bracelets came defective, where it was supposed to be glued with some kind of hot glue or something to keep the knots in place to prevent it from detaching itself eventually. I mean, one bracelet came perfectly fine and the hot glue was done properly, while the other one was not. I sent an email to Gullei and explained the situation, as well as provided to necessary evidence. I never got a reply back from them until I was left with no choice but to open a dispute on Paypal, right after opening the dispute, voila, they sent me an email. But, they replied me with rude comments saying that I damaged the bracelet instead. That it is just an easy fix on my end, they also threatened me saying that I was abusing of Paypal by opening a dispute twice. The first dispute was because they were supposed to ship my items within 3-7days, but I never got an update of the tracking number after a week or so, I had to open a dispute because I thought it could be a fraudulent website. All in all, you shop at your own risk, unfortunately, I do not know what kind of evidence they provided to Paypal that the dispute was in favor of them even though I provided all of our email exchanges regarding the product that arrived not as described or defective. In the end, I had to file a complain and a dispute with my bank to get my money back. I was willing to return their poor products but they instead of talk it out professionally and try to find me a solution, they blocked my email and refused to further assist me. I spent around $60, pajama set was $40 and bracelet set was $16 before taxes or any shipping fees. I was asking them for partial refund on the one bracelet that came defective, only that one that came defective, I was not even asking for the entire refund. They wanted the product back, which I had no problem at all, but they wanted me to pay for return label on a defective item that I got. I was willing to return it if they cover the return label, but they refused. So, if you ever encounter the same issue as mine, I recommend filing a dispute with your bank instead of PayPal, unless you are willing to pay for the return label to be able to receive the refund, then maybe disputing with PayPal is your best choice. Just so you know, because their company is located in China, return label would cost your more than the product itself.

Bought an Engraved 2pc heart necklace for me and my kid, they are amazing and look fantastic! The quality is great and they included a silver polishing cloth. Delivery was quick, less than a week. So impressed with this company. I will definitely be recommending them to friends.

First time ordering from gullei, excellent customer support. They helped me choose correct sizes for the pjs. Package arrive faster than expected and in good shape. PJs are comfy, I will be buying more for the spring.

Ordered 6pcs with different engravings, font and different colors! They are absolutely beautiful and all letterings are correctly printed!
And the delivery time is super fast to UK!

Bought a necklace off of them, said it was in stock, the purchase went through and they emailed the next day saying it’s out of stock. What a joke.

Ordered pajamas on 12/15 with EXPEDITED SHIPPING!! I'm writing this on 12/27 and still NOTHING. Of course there's no one to talk to. They robbed me of $30 with NO GUN. BE MINDFUL of this company and their shipping protocols

TO AVOID !
I ordered a sweater at 27 euros. I paid 27 euros for express delivery 4 to 6 business days. Then one day late, I receveid several sms asking me to pay custom taxes from a number I didn't know. I thought it was a scam and nevered answer. Now Gullei tells me that I cannot get reimbursed, or nothing because their general conditions say so. This is not true, it is a lie, it said taxes included and anyway online purchased are very often from China and I never had such a terrible experience. I am loosing 55 euros an have that feeling to have been scammed.
