the stitching needs to be better. I buy alot of clothes and I know good stitching, this is not it. It makes all the difference.

The company did not respond to any of my inquiries and the clothing never arrived. After the wedding date had passed, I filed a dispute with my credit card company

I’m very happy with the dress itself, but the service was unfortunately really poor. I have never experienced such bad service before. I ordered the dress well in advance, yet it still arrived very late. In addition, I didn’t receive any replies to my messages when I tried to get an update on my order and find out how far along the dress was in the process. Both my name and address were also spelled incorrectly, even though I had provided them accurately when placing the order. Overall, a very disappointing service experience – but I am, however, happy with the dress itself. I don’t think I will place any order again as I am afraid that they won’t take me seriously as their customer.

I received my order today. I like it very much. Unfortunately, it's 2cm too small around my bust. I can wear it, but it doesn't look quite as nice. However, I'm very satisfied with the workmanship. I will recommend it. Now, one more question: how do you iron it?

I just pick up the phone e and tell her what I need and within a couple of weeks create my vision on paper first before she sends it to get stitched and styled.
