So happy with the beautiful herringbone wooden floors that Gulvmontorerne installed for us. They gave the best price and delivered excellent quality floors which have totally upgraded our home. Oliver was very friendly and helpful in exploring different options that best suited our needs.

We got them to install and treat our new sildeben parket. Besides taking double the time that it was supposed to, the handle of this work was a disaster:
• Our newly painted walls and radiators were all dirty and they had glue spots all over the place
• They broke and scratched the bathroom floor (newly done with microcement 6 weeks before).
• Since they were super delayed, they had a guy working day and night for a few days, until 3 AM once, when we received a complain from the neighbors about the noise. After that, I went there every night at 22:00 to ask him to stop working. He was even sleeping in the apartment (!) and using our own tools.
• I asked several times (from the beggining of the work) to leave 1 cm gap to the walls, so we could pass the electricity cables. They promised to do so, until the owner of the company refused with a weak excuse that his own workers were not supporting. It wasn't done.
• Not only they didn't clean after themselves, but also left all the trash and leftovers behind: a big pile of dust, pieces of wood, buckets of glue...all stored in the bathroom.
• If I hadn't shown up in the apartment one afternoon, the floors would have been treated that same day with 2 layers of lacker, instead of the agreed oil-wax.
When contacted about all this, they denied it all and refused to take any responsibility over it.
Stay away from them.
