Had a great experience ordering with Gumtoo. From design submission to proofs, options and later delivery. I got my order ahead of time and Akanksha from the team was super responsive as was Harry who initially touched base with me. Thank you for making everything so easy and seamless, and also providing easy to understand instructions, information and options when I wasn't sure what to go with. Quality of the enamel pins and iron on patches i ordered are also good quality which is such a huge relief as one can never really tell when ordering things online - but I was very reassured when I spoke on the phone with Akanksha and am so thrilled to see it all come out lovely when it arrived today!

The whole process from getting the quotation to receiving our item was smooth. We are very satisfied with the embroidered patches we ordered. Harry, who we liaised with for our order is friendly and helpful especially with the arrangement of our delivery.
