Thrilled to Get My GN29!

I've been watching the GUNAI GN29 for a while, and I'm thrilled it's finally back in stock. The bike arrived quickly and was well packaged. First impression: it feels solid, rides smoothly, and handles really well both around town and on longer rides.

We bought a bike from them on ebay

We bought a bike from them on ebay. Within 2 months the brake pads were worn and the back wheel spokes were loose causing the whole back wheel to wobble. They have refused to assist in sending a replacement bike and have started replying in german. The bike is unridable but cost 700. Appalling service, poor quality and do not buy if you want a bike for more than 2 months. They didn't confirm it as delivered on the item so we couldn't open a dispute. Consumer rights say we are entitled to a replacement within 3 months of purchase or refund. We have had to ask the bank to step in and try to get our money back. Appalling service appalling company. This is a genuine gunai bike despite what the company says.

I ordered a gunai g29 but they were out…

I ordered a gunai g29 but they were out if stock. However they informed me that they could send me a different bike. A keteles k820. The bike arrived in around 2 weeks. All good so far

Scammer stay away

This seller will completely let you down if somthing goes wrong no help whatsoever please avoid.

Edit: the reaction below is a lie the seller did message that they will send part but until now no action is taken. Review wil be adjusted once action has been taken. But for now just know that the comment from seller is a straight up lie.

Late update on non existing product

They informed me late that they cannot transit the product I ordered in Greece and they did not response soon at my messages. At the end they could not estimate the delivery date

WARRANTY NOT WORTH THE PAPER IT'S WRITTEN ON!!!

Been using the bike for 2 months and have had 2 punctures on the rear wheel. The repair shop said that there was no ribbon protecting the inner tube from the spokes. He said the wheel was not fit for purpose and virtually all the spokes were loose. I've tried to contact the company but there's no telephone number or address, what's app is their only form of contact which I did and the reply was 'are you looking to buy a bike' after I'd detailed all my issues. The build quality leaves a lot to be desired. For the same money you're better buying a 2nd hand better bike.
NB. You can have a £30 gift for a nice review - SO DON'T BE FOOLED!

Quick delivery and so far it seems like…

Quick delivery and so far it seems like the engwe bike works fine. Only problem, witch do not disrupt the riding experience is that the post for the handlebar is not straight. It has to be some construction error i guess. But as said, it works fine. Easy to ride and easy to put together. Thou how the lcd display and all its settings work i can only find on Youtube, not in the manual.

My Gunai N29 electric bike

My Gunai N29 electric bike, which I bought a few months ago, showed an E10 error on the screen.
Sometimes the products we buy may be faulty, the important thing is to find support, many thanks to Ms. Caroline and the team from Gunai support team. He identified the problematic parts and sent new parts, and dealt with every issue immediately.

Gunai bike …

Iv given 1 star but I didn’t even want to give that !!! AVOID at all costs ,, do not purchase 1 of their bikes , the quality is rubbish parts are breaking on this bike constantly an their customer service is basically non existent, I’m left with a £1.400 bike that I can’t even ride !! And I can’t find anywhere to purchase a part from .
