Excellent personal service
Was looking for a Tamagotchi as a christmas present and was lucky to find one in stock at Gundam Store. The experience in all was well and beyond all my expectations. The delivery time was really fast, the item as described and the price was more than fair.
There was also a personal hand written note in the package and that extra personal touch makes me as a customer feel special.

Excellent experience
I've ordered from this store with international transport and the experience was excellent. I received my order in quite a quick timeframe and I was able to check the status at all times.
The products were as expected and the "thank you" note from the store was something I did not expect and I was delighted.
