Came incomplete customer service won't reply
I ordered 2 mags for my Taurus G3 and they came without the sleeve that helps the mags fit the gun. They will not stay jn the gun without the sleeves. They claim these are factory but the ones that came with the guns had the sleeves so apparently that's a a lie. I reached out twice in a week with no answer so apparently their customer service is non existent. Don't buy from them! They obviously don't care once they get your money

They are a slimebag company. I placed a large order because ammo was being sold at a great price. The price went up before they shipped the order they had already received my payment for. So they made up lies about their fraud department. They asked for copies of my ID. I sent that. Then. They asked for a copy of a bill I received at my shipping address. I sent that. Then they said it didn’t clear their fraud department. BS! They had already received payment and held payment for a week with no issues. They are now saying that sometime in the future they will refund my money. They have lots of 5 star reviews but you can see that they will be waves of 5 star reviews that all get posted on the same day somehow. It’s cause they are fake, paid for reviews. This one isn’t a fake review. I’m an actual customer.

Just wanted to give a review about a return experience I had with GunMag Warehouse. I ordered some scope rings that I needed to return. The return experience was as seamless as the order experience. To top it off, I also received a nice email from their team (Cindy in Support) informing me of the status of my return. Recently I had an order from Gun Mag. Warehouse that was never delivered despite UPS saying it was. I started a claim with UPS but no one from UPS contacted me. I reached out to Gun Mag. Warehouse and Received an email from customer service right away. They helped me with the UPS claim and re-shipped out the order. Excellent customer service from Mike at Gun Mag. Warehouse. I will definitely keep ordering from Gun Mag Warehouse.
