2 months to complete an order is pathetic

No communication as to when the package will arrive or when the glasses will get made. Took over one month just to make the glasses. Now waiting likely another week or two for delivery. Almost 2 months for an order of glasses to complete is pathetic, do better.

easy to navigate, found what i was looking for quickly, payment was intuitive, and I was pleasantly surprised how quickly I will get the glasses, that is why I am a repeat customer, kudos to gunnar :)

Not fair return this time

I bought 2 pairs of glasses as Christmas presents for grandsons. They were way too small for their faces. I expected to be able to return them for 2 pairs that would fit them. But no. I could only get one pair because the price increased. Bummer as I am on SS income. I had to exchange for 1 pair then I bought 2 other pairs so I wouldn’t have to pay for more shipping

2 months to process order?!!

I really enjoy gunner style and quality. I ordered my first RX pair at the PAX 2019 event. I ordered a new pair for Black Friday11/18/24. I attached my Optometrist RX at time of order but got an email from support that was a fwd from a thread where Gunnar was reaching out regarding a yes/no question about my RX that for some reason was never received and caught in spam. I gave a response, 6 weeks later 12/30/24 I am just now getting an email update that my order is in route to be delivered. The point I’m making is the whole process took two months!! Why was the original order questions caught in spam? Is Gunnar mail domain reputation or DMARC the issue? Either way the whole process was slow and inefficient, sadly I will likely not order again.

Nice glasses but added junk fee and lack of shipping notice

Glasses are nice but I wasn't happy that I had to pay $4 extra for "package protection". That's a junk fee that should be included in the advertised prices if it's going to be charged by default. Gunnar also didn't provide any status updates during the 19 days it took them to ship the glasses and didn't send the shipping notice with tracking # until 9 days AFTER the glasses had been delivered. I live in a multi-family building and don't know I had a package delivered unless I'm watching the tracking # so this package could easily have been lost or stolen.

We got the glasses for my son

We got the glasses for my son, he loves them. But the shipment and tracking info never came, until 3 days after we got it. Which would be nice to know incase we have plans to no be home.

Second Pair of Glasses Was Never Shipped

Requested assistance with an order that was partially fulfilled as the second pair of glasses never shipped. Suddenly, the order was changed to shipped and delivered with no investigation of why the second pair was not shipped.
