I heard a lot of good things about guns. Com was a great place to buy a firearm so when tax time hit and i got everything I needed to caught up I had a little to play with soni went there and bought the gun I been dreaming about for about 3 years now which is what makes this situation so much worst, but anyway I found a certified used P. O. F USA P415 gen 4 ambi lower with the what I thought was because nothing said different in the description a short stroke piston gun. Well I pay for it wait for it to go to my ffl pick it up there take it home start to clean it and realized there no piston components under the handguard as a matter or fact there a gas tune and the bag had vent holes in it. That told me it was a d. I gun and not a piston driven system so I went back and looked at the description which how they do it is they let the customer or sold the gun to them wrote a description and then they too post a description that's from the manufacturer itself. Never said anything about having a P415 lower and a P15 base model upper. I filled out a contact me form on there website and waited half the day and no call so I called customer service towards the end of that day and the lady was super nice on the phone said that she is sorry this happened they will take care of me but first please fill out another form and take pictures of the gun how you go it amd someone will call in back well guess what no call back the whole day now they have that 3 day rule of. I questions asked return but had to be 3 or less days from the final transfer so that was day 2 which I think they were hoping I would wait long enough for them to call and my deadline pass so I would ne stuck with it but I called. Now they say this on the website and when on hold they also say it. The certified used guns are guaranteed to be what you buy or they will get it right for you. So now I called and got this guy and I explained what was going on and everything and the first thing he said was well that's the thing about used guns the lower is the part you get the background check for which is the firearm part so the description is really just for that. WOW DUDE REALLY, I couldn't believe it but I also knew right there that this was a mistake to buy from and they wouldn't help me worth a flip. So I told him it says even in the hold music that it's guaranteed and that it goes through a 10 point inspection so the guy that took this one in didn't inspect it good or didn't know what he was looking at cuz it not a piston driven system l. The description never said anything about it being a d. I gas gun but it does say it is a piston driven one so that right there is false advertisement and I'm looking into sueing them over this cuz I told them I qanted a piston driven gun and still do and I would buy one from them just refund me the money I put a new order in and once you get the old gun i bought then release then2nd one in just order. But they wanted me to go ahead and place the order now and I can't the only money I'm going to spend is the money I used to buy that one so now if I return it they still chargeomg me the 15percent restocking fee and tjeb30 dollar shopping fee. WHAT A LOAD OF BULLSHIT , it's your guy's fault y'all didn't inspect it right so you paid for something way too much and trying to get back all the money you can because you lost your butt off on that firearm you bought. The best they can do is when they receive my old gun they are going to refund me 10 percent out of that 15 percent for restocking fee. I just got fed up with the. Not wanting to take ownership of the mistake that was made and fix it right so I just agreed with it and hung up. Never buy used from them and make sure everything is right before you take it from your ffl. I trusted them and my buddy who said they are awesome and I got screwed because there employees were lazy and they don't care about the people.

I ordered a Remington 1187 from guns.com. In the description it never mentioned that the stock was cut about an inch and a half short. The gun otherwise is beautiful but doesn’t fit me. I left 2 emails letting them

The girl said someone would contact me and 3 days later a guy reaches out and says the seller said I should have inquired about the Length of pull be for I purchased the gun( I bought a new stock from eBay) so guns.com is selling guns for other people which I wasn’t aware of. And doesn’t have my back against the seller. It’s my fault. Told the guy I won’t be doing business with them again. Only takes one time for me
To get burned and I’m done!! I just wanted the cost of the stock back. Guns.com lost a customer and I’ll make sure they don’t get business from any of my friends in the future as well!

It was very easy to buy my gun from you and at a good price, even much better than buying it at a local gun shop. I liked my gun and it's exactly what I wanted.

I tried to sell them an unused pistol and they threw me a hilarious low ball offer. They’re not a serious reseller. Stay far away from these clowns.

They think its appropriate to send out a mail piece announcing to my mailman and anyone who sees their post card they sent with my name on it that I made a purchase at their site. UNACCEPTABLE

First purchase on Guns.com, got $25 off. Pistol was shipped quickly and was in better shape than the pictures! Was Certified Used, price was great. Shot it today at the range. I am now a regular browser of the website. Looking for that next one. I’ve not used the Credova financing option but am glad it is available for future purchases.

Product arrived as ordered. Took a coyple of days longer to arrive than I'd hoped, but packaging was in great shape and process was easy.

As a first time online buyer, I found the entire user experience to be simple, functional, and enjoyable, resulting in a fair price on a used bolt-acton rifle. From registration to creating watch lists, reading articles and reviews, and ultimately the entire purchase cycle was just really user-friendly. Communication and status alerts were very useful. And their customer service quickly resolved a minor issue. Enjoyed being a customer!!

You sent me an incorrect magazine with my gun. I had to wait for the correct one, which I did eventually receive. Then you wanted me to box up the incorrect one, print a label, use my tape and a box. Then I had to take it to a Fed Ex shipping location. I figure it's worth $50 of my time and materials. Please send me a check ASAP.

I been looking for a new EDC weapon. Hellcat pro was purchased. Quick shipping to my ffl dealer. Thinking about a silencer for my hell cat next. Replaced trigger, extended controls, threaded barrel and comp.good little weapon!! Thanks ivwill be back when money permits !!!7

i bought a gun on their website on a monday usually takes 1-2 days to ship normal i didn’t get any update within 4 days i called waited almost half a hour just left a voicemail because that was taking to long i called them again the next day because i left multiple emails and one voicemail no response so i called again and wait on hold for another half hour finna get someone to talk to says it’s not normal should ship that day or beginning of the next week same day hours later i get a email saying i got a canceled order won’t be charge because the gun went out of stock but they still have it for sale on there website for a more expensive price than what i bought it for and been on the phone on hold for over 40 minutes asking when will i get my refund cuz i was charged and no answer first and last time going through this website and i don’t usually leave reviews

I had an issue with a firearm that I really wanted that had been pulled from availability in California due to FFL participation. I reached out to Guns.com and a rangemaster contacted me within 24 hours and explained if my FFL was willing to accept it, they would make it available to me again. I confirmed that my FFL was indeed willing to accept and process the transaction, and Guns.com very promptly made the firearm available again and I purchased one immediately. Guns.com processed my purchase, shipped the firearm immediately and it arrived at my FFL here in California in about 72 hours! Even my FFL was amazed that I located it and acquired it. They even complimented the price I paid for it. The firearm is beautiful, brand new, in the manufacturer's case with all accessories. This was my first transaction with Guns.com but it will NOT be my last! I highly recommend Guns.com, and encourage you to ask if you have a question. You might just accomplish what you want to accomplish!

I had a terrible first-time experience with guns.com, and I recommend you steer clear & shop local. In January, I ordered a Ruger P89. A few things should have been made clear up front, that were not. You are not buying from guns.com when you are buying a used gun, you are buying from an unknown dealer. Neither that dealer nor guns.com will take responsibility when things go wrong. Second, you will be paying for your local gun shop to run the background check. This is in the FAQs on the site, but isn't clear when ordering. In my case, the wrong gun was sent. I picked it up at the local gun shop that it was shipped to. They were great, but when I got it home I saw it was not the gun I ordered, but the very similar P95. I contacted guns.com and asked them to send the correct gun to the local gun shop, and I would swap with them. They refused, and sent a packing label to send the gun back. Since the magazines were as shown in the picture, and interchangeable between the two guns, I assumed I could send just the gun, and they would return the correct gun. This turned out to be incorrect, so after waiting a week or so to see what the holdup was, I called guns.com and they let me know I had to send the magazines as well. It took them several more days and me calling them again to issue a label for that return. After I sent the magazines back, I didn't hear anything, so after two more weeks, I called them, and they said they would look into it and get back to me that day. Of course that didn't happen, so I called the next week, and they said finally the gun was shipped & had arrived at my gun shop that day. Overall, it took 10 calls to guns.com, almost 2 months, and two separate transfer charges (which guns.com will not reimburse for) to get the gun.

Easy purchase, customer service was able to answer the questions I had. Order was placed Thursday evening, item was shipped before noon on the following day and delivered Monday. Item was priced well and exactly as described, being used it was in near perfect condition! Easy process and I will not hesitate to purchase here again, thank you
