I switched to this site recently after poor customer service from another provider. Although the cost was higher, it more than makes up for that in value terms. Virtually everything you could need is there, and the degree of customisation is amazing. The customer service is also very professional, and the owners make every effort to add new features as requested by the community. Provided you have enough funds to make the annual fee for the site negligible, this is a must-have for me!

I’m a private investor and already use Gurufocus for 2 years. The platform has really improved the way I analyze businesses. Furthermore, the support answers very quickly. I texted them recently wether they could provide a specific visualization per business, which was well received and implemented. The monthly meetings are great to ask questions around functionalities.

My first explanation about the problem on a theoretically duplicated feature was not understood. But in the second, with attached screenshots, was quickly solved, changing the names and descriptions of the 2 slightly different features. Well done.
