You sign up for a trial course, and after a few days they charge you $20–$60 or even more for a monthly subscription. Many companies do this, and that’s not the problem.
The real problem is how non-transparent their course description is. It’s extremely unclear when exactly the trial ends and when the charges will start. You can easily miss it and get charged without even realizing it.
This feels misleading and intentionally confusing. A company that respects its customers should clearly state when the trial ends and when the subscription fee will be charged.
Sell 1 Course for 0,99$ - Charge 60$ for a monthly subscription
They offer 1 course at 0,99$ to check it out, and do not announce clearly (as in the best scam practices it is buried in a long T&C document), that this 0,99$ is a a trial cost, and in 3 days you will be charged 59,99$ monthly for a subscription you never asked for. And once you try to cancel it - they will make it almost impossible to get your money back after false advertisement.

Stay away from this company I tried a trail for think about £4 and within three days they charged me approx £70 when I said I didn't want the subscription and don't remember the subscription using support they would not refund. All other apps give you grace time to get refund. This company will not give you a refund be careful so I now have a app paid for that I do not use.

It is a common dark pattern in marketing. Any company that uses such a dirty way getting into your pocket and take your money at any cost without any remorse after contacting them and explaining that you did not intend to purchase it. That speaks for itself that it is a scam company. Your karma is on your way. Do not trust them when they trying to convince you to stay. You are eligible to get your money back under EU consumer protection law. So contact your bank and start a dispute and you get your money back.

I signed up for a trial on Multiple unauthorized charges after trial
I signed up for a trial on this platform and was later charged five times without clear or explicit consent.
These were recurring charges that I did not authorize. The information about billing was not transparent.
I did not use the service, cancelled the subscription as soon as I noticed the charges, and contacted support requesting a refund.
The company refused to refund the money, referring to their internal policies.
After researching, I found many similar complaints from other users describing the same pattern.
I have reported all charges to my bank and initiated chargebacks.
Be extremely careful with trial offers and subscriptions on this website.
