I cannot recommend Gustan Cho Associates highly enough! As a first-time homebuyer, I was incredibly nervous about the mortgage process, but their team made it an absolute breeze .

What sets them apart is their ability to do loans that other lenders simply cannot. I learned that over 75% of their clients are people who were denied by other lenders due to strict "lender overlays" . Unlike traditional banks that add extra requirements on top of standard guidelines, Gustan Cho Associates has a no-lender-overlay policy on government and conventional loans. This means they follow the official FHA, VA, or Fannie Mae rules without piling on unnecessary hurdles .

I not the type of person that will leave a review, but Gustan and his team is one that deserves my time... Do yourself a favor and give them a chance to earn your business... They were very reliable, always answered the phone, and was able to clearly explain all the mortgage mumbo-jumbo to me in a way for me to feel comfortable and trust that I was making the right decision... If there was a 10-star option I would've selected that instead!
