Greeted with friendly staff and check-in very straightforward. Accomodation also very nice and of a high standard. Only thing I would add would be a small safe to the accommodation.

We had a fantastic time in Union Lido. The accommodation was very nice. There was a mix up with bed linen at the start, but it was promptly sorted and there were no other issues. We had a fantastic time.

Our host was so helpful & informative. The mobile was perfect & Suited a family of 4.
Everything a family needs supplied in mobile. But there is no dishwasher or toaster supplied

On campsites there is a limited supply of poewer per pitch, so a toaster or dishwasher would contribute to frequent power cuts. However we will your comments in mind and are hapy to hear that you has a great vacation.

We stayed in Union Lido
We stayed in Union Lido. Cath and Paul were so welcoming, nothing was a problem and if I asked for anything it was giving promptly. Couldn't thank them enough and we hope to see them on site next year.

Camping Cisano
The Gustocamp accommodation was clean and reps at Cisano helpful and responsive. We found the mattresses however to be very uncomfortable.

Bella Italia Superior Deluxe mobile
Our 3 bed mobile home was very modern and spacious with a large covered decking area. It was well equipped and clean. Beds were very comfortable.
It was well located near the swimming pools and the shops and bars and the lake.
Our reps on site Florence and Patryk were very friendly and helpful and checked in on us and helped us with a problem we had with an unpaid toll ticket.

Stayed at Union Lido on our first campsite holiday. Very happy with experience. Family of 4 with 2 teenage girls. GUSTOCAMP hosts Paul and Cath were brilliant in looking after us from check in to check out and we wish to communicate this to you. Thanks to you both Paul abd Cath. We have already put in booking for next year.

Our hosts were amazing!
Our hosts were amazing and couldn't do enough for us, lots of advice about local areas and a nice couple to just chat to. The admin team sorting out location changes to keep the large group all together were very accommodating, even after multiple changes. The site itself was great. It is built on a steep hill but we didnt mind as we had hired a car and honestly if you are fit its not that bad anyway. There are steps and shortcuts you can take all over the site so its worth exploring. Cabin was clean and had everything we needed, albeit a little small. This didnt matter to us as we only really slept in it and were out all day.

We had a mixed experience with Gustocamp_UK, booking via gustocamp. The accommodation was modern and clean, but bird droppings on the terrace were an issue considering we traveled with kids. Some unexpected additional charges, along with pricey on-site food and markets, were disappointing. Friendly staff and comfortable spaces helped, but the overall experience could be improved.

Absolutely amazing camp site
Absolutely amazing camp site. Lovely people, great swimming pools, very clean and lots of delicious foods. We love Erik and Christine who looked after us all while we were there.Erik hand painted a beautiful scenic birthday card of the amazing view from our cabin for my mother’s birthday, and Christine gave us some beautiful traditional freshly made Italian desserts 🥰such a special moment. We had a wonderful time here 🥰🥰🥰🥰🥰🥰

It wasnt clean enought a have photos how we arrive, on the terase there were poops from birds, we have there tree kids!!! And they take from us all ID i have no experience with that, and last day they told us we need to pay 55 extra euros for kid who was not even two years old. Thats os ridiculus! And last thing all markets and restaurants were overprice, we wont come back i am sorry
