A cheerful and punctual locksmith who commits the time to do things right

Dan is very polite, hardworking, and a positive person.
I asked him to install a new latch and a smart lock to my front door.

He sent a reminder message a day in advance of our agreed date, and a quick call 30-45 mins in advance reminding that he is coming. He was very punctual.

Even though I haven't asked him to and the job turned out rather challenging because of the age of the door, he took his time to get it done right, with great attention to detail.

Overall, I don't think I will ever look for another locksmith if I need one again, as long as Dan is available :)
