Horrible pathetic services

I wish I could give zero rating to this company. Our solar panels have not been working for over 3 months now. We have called them several times and no one responds. There is no call back, no customer support from their end. Their primary contact at the head office reception desk says that its ok if we sue the company for failing to deliver service. He also said someone will contact me however he did not note down information from my end. To sum it up horrible experience.
