Was told that the facia and soffit would be primer but not painted but when the workers installed it , the wood was just raw wood. Main purpose of facia and soffit is weather protection what good does raw plywood in the weather within a few week it will warp and rot. Workers finally got approval to paint it. Shame it was such a problem . Was not represented truthfully by this company . Will not recommend them or use them again

I just had a great experience with a great company Gutter Guards of America. I had a section of gutter damaged after a storm and needed it to be replaced. I called. Spoke with John the sales representative gave him the information of repair needed and sent photos and measurements. Within the hour I had a quote and the next day was called by Roger the scheduler and had a service date schedule for the following week. On the 26th March Juan and Alfredo greeted me with a smile, looked at the repair which was 42 feet of gutter. They completed the repair with new gutter, cleaned up the debris in less than 2 hours. From first contact to job completion I cannot say enough about the great customer service and workmanship which were just awesome as well as the total cost. If you’re needing repair or new gutters give this company a call you will not be disappointed! Kudos to all I came in contact with for a job well done. Thank you!

Not a good experience. There was a definite misunderstanding about the scope of work that was to be performed. I accept my responsibility in not ensuring everything we discussed to happen to be included in the contract. But then the Salesman John lied saying we never discussed it, the installer lied saying we never discussed it, both of them saying we never discussed what was expected, then Louie lied directly to me on the phone telling me he was going to text me his personal phone number so we could remain in contact while we worked to come to a resolution, just to get me to get off the phone. So bottom line was since the Salesman and the Installer told them I never discussed this with them, it never happened. Even if the resolution was going to remain, we do not handle that type of work for our customers, I would feel better about it had everyone not kept telling me....'but our people are telling us you never discussed this with them'. Definitely not the way you want to be treated nor is it the way you should treat a customer. I'm sure the product is probably going to be just fine but the bad taste I have for the company has me wishing I had gone to another company for help instead these guys.

The service from beginning to end was superb! Once my financing was worked out on my end, everything else fell into place. The workers were professional and the product looks great!

Installation was done by your staff and they made sure that all trash/unneeded items were disposed of properly.

The installers were courteous, hardworking and knew what they were doing. I dumped a bucket or two of water into the gutter and as expected there was no leaks.

From start to finish it was a pleasurable experience. The Rep that visited us was knowledgeable, friendly and thorough. The Company was easy to communicate with and the 2 gentlemen that completed the install were friendly, efficient. They even blew away our leaves and removed stubborn cobwebs that collected on the underside of the gutters.

Company came prepared for work, had a large very competent crew, and supervisors. Prior coordination with me had me feeling quite comfortable with the work to be done. I was kept in the loop as work progressed. The professional work ethic of the crew was impressive. The cleanup during and after the job was better and more than I might have expected, but not at all surprising considering the professionalism displayed throughout. We are very pleased with the completed roof and gutter project.

Had a problem after installation, and they will not respond .

It was scheduled for sometime between 1-5pm. They arrived a little before noon and were done by 1:15! Not only was everything cleaned up they brought my trash can in from the street. I was very happy with the work.

All services explained to me were completed. Technicians were friendly and worded seamlessly together during the installation.

What made my experience great was the customer service! The guy from gutter guard was nice, polite, and professional. What’s even better is that in 3 days they already had people out here to install gutter guard. They finished the house within a day which is super impressive given that our house is pretty large. Santos who was installing the gutter guard was very helpful and polite. All in all, would recommend to anyone that has gutter issues.
