I really just wanted to prepare for new gutters install by getting a cost estimate; however, my Sales Representative was able to show me cost effective ways to make the purchase now. So I did and I was please with the techs that came out and performed the job within a timely manner and answered all of my concerns. They were timely and professional.

The sales representative was very friendly, knowledgeable, helpful and best of all a no pressure salesman. As far as the installation crew is concerned, no one was home on installation date. I have seen the 2 pictures they sent and looked at the gutters from the ground. They looked OK from what I could see. I haven't had time to get on a ladder to see from that view.

I would love to take the time to write a review. I highly recommend Gutter Guards because of the good work they do and the quality is satisfying. You can tell they aim to please the customer. From start to finish it was a pleasurable experience. The Rep that visited us was knowledgeable, friendly and thorough. The Company was easy to communicate with and the 2 gentlemen that completed the install were friendly, efficient. They even blew away our leaves and removed stubborn cobwebs that collected on the underside of the gutters.

Company came prepared for work, had a large very competent crew, and supervisors. Prior coordination with me had me feeling quite comfortable with the work to be done. I was kept in the loop as work progressed. The professional work ethic of the crew was impressive. The cleanup during and after the job was better and more than I might have expected, but not at all surprising considering the professionalism displayed throughout. We are very pleased with the completed roof and gutter project.

the sales guy says when installing the gutter guards the installer will put bars to support the weight of the gutters which he did not do instead just screws all the the gutter screen around the gutters.

Made a good deal to get the job done, workers were a little late, but did a great job. Of course I did not get on a ladder to check the whole job, but what I can see looks good. But I am not worried because I got a lifetime transferable warranty and a no clog guarantee..

I was happy that your representatives were able to work within my budget. The replacement gutter looks great. A portion of the shingles near the gutter was destroyed by an animal and a smallish hole was noticed. Caleb covered the hole with a piece of scrap metal and secured it with caulk to keep the rain and animals out. My hats off to Caleb for going above and beyond. The only complaint I have is that I did not receive a call to set up a time and date to do the install. So I was surprised when the crew arrived to do the install. It wasn't a big deal though as I was home and had nothing better to do. Thanks for a job well done.

After looking at all the main types of gutter guards on the market, and looking a consumer reports, etc., I wanted Gutter Guards. I got what I wanted at the price I wanted, they worked with me to get there. The crew arrived on time and did a great job, with the gutters and needed repairs. I'm happy and I have my transferrable lifetime warrenty.

They got hear around 11am. They did a great job. Cleanned up and hauled off old gutters. They were very professional and knew what they were doing. I will recommend them to all my neighbors.
