The entire process of having my roof and gutter replaced was seamless. Eddie, the account manager I worked, with did a wonderful job of explaining everything to me and it all went exactly as promised. He was extremely knowledgeable and kind. My roof is beautiful and the crew left my property cleaner than it was before they arrived. I would 100% recommend this company for all roofing and gutter needs!

Will was fantastic and a great informative salesman. It took a minute to schedule an appointment for the actual install but when I finally heard from them, they were coming out the following day so that was great! The install went super smooth and they look great. Time will tell if they perform as well as Will says but based on other reviews I’m sure they will! Would gladly recommend the service to anyone else!

Sales visit went fine. The installers quietly went about their business. However, they left without any discourse on the work completed. One installer seemed relatively new so not real sure on the quality of work.

No communcation between GG and buyer, late to start with then just showed up out of the blue. It hasn't rained but very little. I don't if they are going to leak like they did before. I was also sick that day and didn't keep an eye on them, so I don't know if they checked what they were supposed to. Going to hold off about giving a review until it rains

Quality materials and hard work.

Crew showed up when they said they would. Were very nice and worked hard. Completed job in one day and cleaned up afterwards.

The work is not completed to my satisfaction and the service manager tells me one thing and doesn’t follow through. Meanwhile I have a section of gutter holding water and soffit that is falling off the house and multiple other areas of concern. I would appreciate a follow up from someone.

The job paid for is incomplete. I promptly paid Mike and thought everything was completed. I told the rep what i wanted done and discussed before I signed the contract .

Price quoted remain the same with no upcharges. Installers arrived on schedule. Work completed in a timely fashion and quality material used. Feedback information regarding current condition of gutters was very helpful.

Everyone I talked to at GGA, starting with Travis Robinson who was measuring the house in a driving rain, was very kind and professional. They are caring people who wanted to meet my needs and do a first rate job. They succeeded! I would highly recommend this company. The guys who installed the gutters and fascia worked so hard and carefully, and obviously took pride in their work.

The installer was a tremendous worker, and a nice guy. However, he was the only one sent by the company to install my gutters and guards in 98 degree heat. I was concerned for his well-being. He arrived at 11:45a and finished at 9:15p on a 3 bedroom ranch. Quality work, but don’t send 1 guy for a 2-3 man project.

Did a great job and showed me photos of the work completed. Very satisfied with the results and price. Would recommend to friends and family!
