Booked for 08:00 turned up at 07:45 while i was on school run - left at 07:59 on my cctv!! Called to ask why was just told “have a good day” and hung up on me. Totally shoddy and a company to avoid. Emailed a complaint to which a standard response sent.

This is a franchise business I would avoid the West Midlands based ones and they should be careful whom they give these franchise logos to or the reputation will go downhill further and faster

I live in Stockport.Sent an enquiry on the website.David called me back and texted so I was able to text back on Thursday,08/10and make a booking for the Saturday at 9:30.Great price.Very professional.Listen to your issues.No hard sell.No access to your house needed as the man will pass the plug through your window.Pay cash or card.A very thorough and professional company.They get to your house and start the job with no faffing around.Transparent pricing.Would happily use again.Shout out to SAM-you did a great job thank you.

The gutters were cleaned this morning at exactly the time promised. He was friendly and courteous so I do not hesitate to recommend this company and will be using them again next year.

Very prompt, punctual and notification procedures; extremely pleasant chaps and highly professional presentation from the franchise; all credit for that.
However, I found this expensive at £100 for 2 men for a half hour.
Importantly, this is a dry vacuum process; loose/dry material is certainly removed but the gutters are not 'cleaned' as such and the dry residual coating with scratch traces remains a base for future buildup.

Booked Kevin from Bingley via GutterPro online. It was flawless to book and Kevin kept us informed and was on time.

Julian is very professional, polite and courteous and did a great job. The before-and-after photos are great as it shows why this is definitely worth having done.
The work was done with consideration and care and for a very fair and competitive price.
Booking is super-easy on the GutterPRO website and pricing is very clear.

Gutterpro are a fantastic company, unless you live in Stockport, and your house is slightly larger, in which case they will not get back to you or respond.

We have put in four enquiries on the Gutterpro website and no-one has ever called back or responded in writing.

Interestingly enough, this does appear to be a theme with Gutterpro, as is made clear by another review on the 18th May. What seems to happen is that they use Streetview to assess your property against the quote they provide, and then decide whether or not they ‘fancy it.’

Unfortunately for us, they’ve obviously decided that they don’t fancy the work, and can’t be bothered to phone back.

I would therefore suggest to Gutterpro that they remove the quote generator (which takes your personal data and contact information), if they don’t intend on actually doing the work or even contacting you to say ‘no thanks.’

I’m looking forward to seeing Gutterpro’s response to this review.

Excellent service from GutterPRO in Gloucestershire. Richard responded quickly to my initial enquiry and the booking was made easily. Adam arrived at the booked time and got on with the job which was accomplished quickly and efficiently. Highly recommended.

I used Gutter Pro from Swinton Manchester UK I did go through Check a Trade then their site where I looked up the reviews which I got the feel of them being truthful because sometimes they can be fake I am glad I did as the guy who attended was David Taylor who did a fantastic job of cleaning my gutters / faci/soffits and down pipes Iwas impressed with his attitude and customer service at an affordable cost I have no problem in on a yearly basis booking him for clearing and cleaning my gutters from now on David cheers for coming and the chat and banter as well looking forward to next year.

Richard promptly arrived to quote for moss removing from our large bungalow roof. Happy with the price we set him on.
Two weeks later he arrived on time, spent all day and half the next day working on the roof. Got on with the job, and kept us informed of what he was doing.
Then he treated the newly scraped roof, cleared the gutters and left our property as he found it.
Very efficient, reliable and punctual. Highly recommended.

The representative of Gutterpro Ayrshire was prompt in responding to my request for a quote, gave me a very reasonable price, came exactly on time and made an excellent job of cleaning what in some cases were fairly inaccessible gutters. His manner was friendly and I would have no hesitation in recommending him to others as well as using him again myself.

Booked an appointment with Gutterpro New Forest last week for today at 12.30pm. At 12.40 received a phone call saying they were running late and would be with me in one and a half hours! With other things booked for the afternoon I said this was unacceptable at which point she said “also Ive looked at your house online and its much bigger than we expected so the online booked price agreed previously wont stand so my husband will discuss the new price when he gets there” Told them not to bother. Unprofessional on every level. In reply to Gutterpro response my home was built in 1958 not the 30’s and although it is described as four bedroom on Rightmove the fourth room is a small box room currently used as an office not a bedroom. You price your work on the number of bedrooms not square footage so if this doesn't give you an accurate picture suggest to quote on site rather than online as this is misleading and has lost me time in getting the work completed.

A big thank you to Richard Lisle - from Gutter Pro Yorkshire, he was very polite and did a great job cleaning our gutters, showing us before and after live pictures. I would definitely recommend Gutter Pro if you want your gutters cleaned quick, safe and at a very reasonable cost.

First class job at.a reasonable price. I would highly recommend Rory from the Lothians franchise, he did a brilliant job clearing the gutters and cleaning the soffits.
