the whole GUUSTO is a scam. your employer uses it because they or the merchant will benefit and steal from you. i was issued (well earned) a $750 gift card, then after having it for some time, it said it was expired, i logged in and ordered a new card (paid a fee) but no digital card came. now, GUUSTO cannot find me or that card number after trying every which way. they stole $131.65 from me!

One man’s trash app is another man’s trash app.
They tried to bribe me to give them a good review with some kind of $10 credit. Since I’m morally bankrupt, I agreed to the bribe and gave them a good review. They never paid out their end, so good review goes to bad. They can’t even be corrupt competently.

Easy to use, and a great recognition tool
As a total rewards professional, there are so many recognition and rewards tools to choose from, but Guusto is great for both! Since the pandemic started, most office workers are working from home and it's easy to feel disconnected - being able to recognize your peers through Guusto has helped fill that gap.

App works exactly as intended. Good thing is you have a whole catalog of gift cards you can choose from and it's so easy to use. User interface is user friendly. Hardly took me 2 mins to claim my gift card. Definitely a great tool to incentivize efforts. Would recommend it to my peers.
