Impressed with prices but unfriendly service
Impressed with product prices and selection in their local shop, however the slim lady with dark hair, always wearing sports clothes is most unfriendly and unwelcoming. And it's not the first time we've experienced this with this same member of staff. Three times previously, as well as the visit mentioned (which is an estimate, as can't recall specific date). She clearly does not enjoy her job or dealing with customers. This has soured our experience each time, so much so that we're not going to visit anymore and will shop on Amazon/ebay again

Fast shipping and good products
Fast shipping. Pleased with my purchases. Gloves look good. The hessian sacks are amazing. I’m going to be sorry to cut them up! They’re so pretty and colourful that I may use them for frost protection instead. I will definitely buy from here again.

The product itself is not bad
The product itself is not bad, delivery within the UK takes more than two weeks. Several times I ordered honey, honey combs, candles, and each time after 2 weeks I had to write an email to clarify when I will receive my order. And each time there was the same excuse that they are very busy at the moment because they are holding events. So, the product is not bad (although not the most delicious honey you can find), the attitude towards customers is not satisfactory.
