I want to warn other players about my experience with Gxmble.

After depositing and playing on the site, I managed to win a significant amount. My account was verified and my KYC documents were approved. Everything appeared to be in order, so I requested a withdrawal.

Instead of processing the withdrawal, the casino later informed me that my winnings had been confiscated because of alleged violations of their bonus terms. According to them, I placed bets above the maximum allowed amount while a bonus was active.

What I find very concerning is that the platform allowed these bets to be placed without any warning or restriction at the time. If there truly is a strict maximum bet limit, the system should technically prevent players from placing higher bets rather than allowing the gameplay and then confiscating winnings afterwards.

In my opinion, this practice is unfair and misleading for players.

My deposit was returned, but all winnings were removed.

I strongly recommend that other players be extremely careful when accepting bonuses on this platform. Make sure you fully understand the terms before playing.

Hello. I have a problem with this casino. I registered and deposited 25 euros. The website shows that the deposit has been withdrawn, but the money has been debited from my bank account. I have tried to contact them several times, but no one responds. I want to inform other players about this and make it clear that I cannot get my deposit or money back.

The verification is ok and welcome bonus is decent but this morning , I was playing blackjack 500 euros each and when the time for accepting bet has finished, the game crashed and says “you are not allowed to open multiple tables at the same time”.
