Fake products don’t order i am booking 2xl size but delvered L size and after i will complain his no policy for size exchange and no return policy so don’t do order its totally fake product sale

Worst lower i ever saw these was that lower now there is no return policy what a bakwass website

Cheater… what they offer n what is seen while order us completely different.. And in ads they show return policy but in website there is no return policy..

no return/exchange/refund. the sizes are not standard. always go for a bigger size. the cloth is very thin and translusent. don't buy with expectations.
their helpdesk email id also doesn't work. It's a complete fraud.
It's gymfits.in - an Indian fraud company.

Says nothing when you are ordering but after you’ve paid you get an email that the item is out of stock.

ICG IC7 Spin Bike Timing Belt
Communication wasn't great and courier charge a little on the expensive side for this day and age but got my belt a lot quicker than I could have gotten it from the manufacturer in Germany for only a few pounds more.
Belt looks to be a legitimate part manufactured by Optibelts for ICG.

Never heard of this company until i saw payment go out for £0.24 i spoke to the bank about this and they have informed me they take a little funds first but then they gomad at taking funds but singing up to a hidden subscription is very naughty

Terrible communication and everyone else’s fault when you complain, no apologies just rude. Ordered a part on line, chased for a response to be told would be there the following week. A month later didn’t arrive, then I received an email refunding the amount from PayPal, when I emailed them and asked why I haven’t been informed the order was cancelled I was told “they simply didn’t have the time” to let me know. Shortly afterwards I received an email from their accounts department saying that my original payment method wasn't valid and giving instructions of how to pay by BACS!! - There are a number of other parts companies out there so do a bit of homework before ordering from these guys.

Second time I have used this company without issue. This time an AD8 pop pin . The one they supplied looked slightly different but was very solidly made and is actually easier to use than the old one supplied with the bike. They even sent some free ankle and wrist weights, which my Wife actually wanted as well !

I ordered a replacement Rower Monitor. The replacement was £249.40, a lot of money for what it is. After 18 months, and very little use, the item failed. It just stopped working. I reported this to Gym Fit, and their reply is that the item has a 6 month warranty. Nothing more than that. Astonishing. Is that legal? No hint of disappointment. They have the money and have no concern as to whether the product they supply can last even 12 months.

I CALLED IN AND ASKED DID THEY HAVE A PART FOR MY LIFEFITNESS - THE PART IS £60 IN AMERICA 1 WEEK DELIVERY OR £265 FROM THIS COMPANY ... I SAID I NEED URGENT AND THEY TOLD ME ITS AVAILABLE AT WAREHOUSE FOR DISPATCH..

DO NOT BUY!! This company is a complete scam. Definitely regret not reading any reviews before purchasing. Came across the website on Facebook selling discounted Gymshark clothing. Proceeded to purchase and wasn’t until I received a confirmation email I realised something was off. A lot of spelling mistakes and sent from a personal email from China. Checked my bank account and the money had been deposited into a pay pal account from someone in Beijing. Within the 10 minutes of making the purchase and reading the reviews I quickly emailed them requesting a refund. As the other reviews explain they purposely don’t contact you back for a day or 2. They tried to tell me what they were selling was legit but I still requested a refund. No response... then the next day was sent an email saying my order had been sent out already. Absolute rubbish. I’m still trying to get refunded they should not be able to advertise real gym shark clothing and then send cheap fake knock offs which I’m sure will not even look like what they’re advertising as so many other people have explained. What a waste of $400. Save yourself the hassle and avoid like the plague!!

After a long running saga attempting to get a new schwin AD8 console from what I thought was Schwins only uk parts distributor, without success, I came across gym-fit.co.uk after a last desperate google . They were excellent dispatching the new console the same day and it arrived the next day - no fuss . They also answer the phone to me unlike the aforementioned schwin distributor and answer mails. Restored my faith in the uk domestic gym equipment industry. They’re definitely not in China either . If they are they do a bloody good impression of a north west England accent

Communication was abysmal. When I ordered the part I was told there was a 2 week delivery time. Over 4 weeks later I had to send an email enquiring when I will get the part. I was told that they emailed me a few days previously...which they did not...to say that it would be with them any day. I replied to that email and never got an answer. It was another 4.5 weeks before I got the part; so almost 9 weeks to receive a part that they told me would take 2 weeks. Given the times that we are experience I can understand why there might be delays but being able to provide reasonable and proactive communicate is completely within their control.
