Sprung Gym Flooring Reviews 

I ordered 7x 43mm mats, rated for 250kg drops. The original shipment arrived damaged (corners chipped off mats, and slices on others) and had 2x replacement deliveries also damaged in some way such as rubber "feet" snapped off, and all were weak - rubber was flaking away not even under use, so wasn't confident they would survive 250kg drops. I sent them all back in the end for a full refund, gave an extra star due to customer service immediately agreeing to send out replacements each time. Maybe I was just unlucky? Who knows. They're heavy mats but could probably be sent better - they arrived on a pallet with some shrink wrap. Could do with protection on the top and corners.

I couldn’t fault customer service and communication, absolutely brilliant. Unfortunately, while the mats were of good quality, the sizing was irregular with some matts differing by 7-8 mm in places, which affected the overall quality of the fitting, squareness and how they sat together. Shame

Bought 15 tiles of their 20mm black rubber flooring. Arrived in a few days, I was contacted by the delivery company via email and phone to confirm delivery date. I was able to authorise delivery without signature. Arrived on a pallet and I got straight to installing.

Very impressed by the quality. With a metal ruler and a Stanley knife with some fresh blades, making neat straight cuts was easy - just take your time and measure twice! Leaving a few mm overlap and then banging them into place gives you the best seams.

Only a slight smell but not unpleasant and already seems to be fading after a few days. The tiles fit together well and look really smart.

Quality product that was easy to fit as a novice, and looks and feels great in my garage gym. Friendly and knowledgeable customer service. Quick delivery.

Purchased mats for our workshop and offices at A1 Survey. Great products and great company to deal with. Excellent communication throughout and fast delivery. Customer service was excellent. Highly recommend.

Bought the 20mm rubber gym matting which states "Binder adhesive is used which prevents strong odours" - when they were laid the smell was overpowering, to the point I couldn't use the gym for a few weeks, and then just had to. I raised it with them, they dismissed it without action, then I wrote an accurate, negative review about the issue on their site which they immediately deleted leaving only glowing reviews on the site, and I question the authenticity of some of those.

3.5 years later and the smell is still so strong that I don't want my kids to use the gym room, they probably need to be replaced and huge cost so effort.

For these reasons I don't trust this company one bit and strongly suggest they are avoided at all costs.

Easy to order what we needed, Delivery was arranged to suit us. Very pleased with the flooring it is just what we need and excellent quality.

I wanted a home gym that didn't look like a man cave, I chose the fabulous cork look rubber tiles. The gym is light, the flooring laid well and smooth straight onto concrete, the machinery on top of the tiles did not shift things. We have now had it down for over 6 months and I can confirm it looks great and was definitely worth the money.

I ordered 6 x 30mm gym tiles and they arrived earlier than scheduled. Quality of tiles is also excellent. Would highly recommend using this company for home gym.

Great product, laid really well and non-slip as stated. Overall good customer service when wanting a specific delivery date and bespoke quote. I didn't get any notification of delivery which would have been helpful but otherwise very happy.

Product not delivered and lack of communication. Meant to arrive on 1st. Email from delivery company stating that if unable to deliver, there would be a £59.00 cost. No update as to specific time on the morning. Then when I rang, i was quoted a range of 11.30-1.30. At 2pm I was told between 2.30-3.30. When I rang back at 4.30pm to find out more, I was told I would get a call back and I never did. I wouldn’t mind if it hand not been highlighted about the charges for non delivery. But what about the other way around? I’ve had to move work to make sure the potential delivery was covered all day. The delivery costs are very expensive too. If communication had been decent, this mess could have been avoided.

I ordered the 20mm Rubber PRO Gym Heavy Duty Flooring tiles and they are perfect for my garage conversion project - I would highly recommend.

Not great customer service.
Got 2 samples which didn't do what I wanted so asked for some help or ideas as the noise was not reduced very well.
The reply I got was
"Its mainly for reduced noise below"
I replied yes that is what I want it for.
Expecting a reply with some other products or ideas.
I got no reply
Then out of the blue I got a random I guess it's a bot that sends them saying do you need help or somthing along them lines,
I replied to the email saying that I didn't get a reply from you and guess you didn't want to help me further.

No reply from that email either.

I'm guessing the after sales would be as hard to get hold of aswell.
I would expected much more woth the amount of advertising I've seen.

Ordered from here after checking out lots of websites. We liked the Sprung Konnecta Snowflake premium self locking gym flooring mats 20mm. 15 arrived very quickly and just as described after they sent a sample. Checked out YouTube videos but they were very easy to lay down and clicked into place. Only used the rubber hammer on a few and you need a very sharp Stanley knife. The sauna and a small heater in the room have had no effect on the mats which is great. Would definately recommend the company.

Arrived well packaged and delivered to the door.
Durable dense, heavy construction with pleasant spring to it and very attractive blue and grey flecks.
Easy to lay.
Tough to cut so have plenty of sharp blades for your utility knife.
