Item ordered 3 December. Not delivered. Excuses now radio silent. Money not returned. Avoid

Me and my partner bought a promotional package of an Air Rower and an Air Ski. They contacted us to say that the Air Rower was not available anymore and I had to wait more time…we complained and this was sorted. But, when these machines were installed, the Air Ski had an issue. I reported it right away (08/06/2025). We sent pictures and videos about it so that this company could send us a technician to check it. They took over a month to send it (15/07/2025) . The technician had a hard time finding the problem and mentioned it was a structural problem from fabrication and he wrote in his papers “unsolved”. I also reported this in that very same day and requested it to be returned and refunded. I’m still struggling to get it sorted, and it seems to me that they are stalling the process.

Avoid this company – dishonest and untrustworthy.
I agreed a price for several thousand euro worth of equipment, and before placing the order I specifically asked if the items were in stock. Alex, their manager, confirmed they were and guaranteed delivery within 21 days or a refund. I paid as agreed on the same day and they confirmed payment receipt.

It is now 21 days later. All I have received is a single email saying the “installer” had the equipment and would be in touch to arrange a date. That was over a week ago. Despite several follow-up requests, I have heard absolutely nothing since.

In my experience, they have proven to be completely dishonest and unreliable. I would strongly advise others to avoid them.

I have bought many equipment at this store, worth a couple of thousand Euro. Yet, after a short while one piece had a defect. I wrote to the support agent. At the beginning he replied to my emails, but then he just ignored me for months. Only after I threatened them with a law suit, I finally received the replacement part. I cannot recommend buying at this company at all.
