I was looking for a specific treadmill for a while and GymEquipment was suggested as a supplier. After contacting them I received a really pleasant, helpful reply - and after a few helpful emails to and fro I purchased the one I wanted, and was kept fully in the loop with the delivery method and date. Received the item with no issue, and the treadmill is perfect! Thank you very much from a very happy, slightly fitter customer!

Great advice, super smooth from ordering to delivery and installation, a voice at the end of the phone or a phone call straight back to answer any queries.....installation team were polite efficient and delivered and installed in just over an hour to my first floor flat ! Not the easiest access which they made light of. Strongly recommend Gym Equipment good old fashioned communication! A breath of fresh air by today's standards. Well done Boys !!!!

We purchased some flooring, a cable machine, a set of dumbbells with stand, a bench and a squat rack amongst other accessories. All the items are absolutely top quality and we are extremely happy! Great pricing also.

Great service by Ian Groves over the phone when I was buying my WaterRower. They had an offer on at the time that I wasn't aware of, so I got a small discount. Machine itself arrived via ArrowXL a week later. Very pleased!

Highly recommended. I was after a good quality home spin/exercise bike and after a complete fiasco (wrong bike sent, delays etc.) with a different online sports shop I found GymEquipment. Chatted with Russell on their website who was able to quickly check some details on the bike I was after while I waited. Ordered my bike and it arrived three work days later - the earliest I was expecting it. Very pleased with the communication, expediency and my new bike!

Advertised on google that they had an offer on 18kg kettlebells. Original price of £81.89, on sale for £18.19.
The company started that they understood its misleading, however this is an obvious case of false advertisement to attract custom.

My wife and I were interested in looking at a rowing machine with a view to purchasing. We had no experience of fitness equipment like this. We wanted to find somewhere where we could look at a couple of models of waterrowers and of course have a play! Having looked around at a number of websites GymEquipment.co.uk seemed one of the best, lots of information, good deals, and a wide range of products. I'd already rung a couple of other potential suppliers who were geographically closer, but they weren't particularly helpful. Gymequipment's showroom is 100 miles from us but I started a conversation with Ian from their website help facility. Ian was incredibly helpful from the start, offering advice and telling me what they had available in the showroom on demonstration. There was a model we wanted to see which he didn't have on show, so he offered to borrow one from the manufacturer if we wanted to make an appointment. As it turned out the manufacturer wasn't that much further away, and it was mutually beneficial for us to visit their showroom rather than lug equipment around the place. Ian set the whole thing up and we visited the manufacturers showroom where we were again treated incredibly well. Having returned home we made our decisions on model, but wanted a few variations to the standard setup, nothing was too much trouble for Ian. The whole experience with GymEquipment has been highly professional, brilliant customer service throughout and totally trustworthy. This was not an insignificant investment and in the end we never actually met face to face, but it didn't matter, we were confident in Ians service throughout. Thanks Ian.
