I had a small issue with one of the beams from Gymgear, and I honestly couldn’t be happier with how it was handled. From start to finish, their customer service was absolutely fantastic.

As soon as I got in touch, the team arranged for the beam to be collected and replaced without any hassle at all. The whole process was smooth and straightforward. They sent out a brand new beam in the exact same colour, and everything was sorted quickly and professionally.

It’s rare to come across customer service this good these days. Gymgear handled the situation perfectly and made what could have been a frustrating issue completely stress-free. I’d highly recommend them to anyone – brilliant service and a great company to deal with.

Purchased Nordictrack tour de france bike from gymgear after researching prices and packages and found that price lower than anywhere I looked and free delivery which definitely made my mind up , as most companies where charging €89 delivery fee in Dublin . Arrived on time good communication couldn't fault the service. Robbie..

Late delivery, wrong order shipped out. Terrible customer service. Sent in a old box from something they had ordered themselves, which was way too big, and filled it with rubbish. The excuse for this was they were "packing out" the box. We don't want your rubbish. Avoid.
