Place an order of around 1000 SEK more than a month ago and have not received it nor have I been able to talk to customer service or get any feedback whatsoever when trying to ask for refund.
Don’t buy anything from this website it’s a scam. They lie and when you catch them in their lie the cease to ever reply again.. you will be frustrated. But if you don’t believe me just try and buy from them and see..

I reported them to the police, I bought my protein powder in February 24th and still haven’t received it, and I don’t think I will, I think if we all did our part and report them to the police. Atleast they will be fined and shut down. Please guys report them to the police the more reports the more they would have to investigate, and shut down or sued. I lost my money and we all did cool but we can’t just sit and let them get away with it fill a police report their organisation number everything is on the website even if you have their organisation number you can search it on allabolag and see the parent company. We can’t let them get away with this. We are all writing on here if we all report it can’t be ignored.. we can’t let it happen to us and we don’t report it..

Shit. I should have checked TrustPilot before I ordered. My order does not arrive, it is not even sent. I contacted the company by email. And although they say they respond in a day, no response. I tried to call 7 times this morning but no response. Although the only support hours are between 09:00 and 10:00.
Just again: total scam. I filed a report at Visa and go to the police next week.
