Gym Master GM3 adjustable incline/decline bench!
A great experience from start to finish - great quality, fast delivery, great price!
Why did I buy the GM3?
I've got an existing Mirafit M3 bench which is a decent bench but several design features annoy me (the seat post, the shape of the brace under the seat, the gap between the seat and the main back rest to name a few!)
As a result, I've been looking around for alternatives. Mirafit produce nice stuff but their prices have gone insane recently (even more so with 2nd hand!), so unfortunately none of their benches made the shortlist.
The US made benches are ridiculously expensive as well (even before the 'orange menace' tarrifs!), and generally speaking, they are too bulky/cumbersome for average UK/EU size home gyms.
In short, Gym Master are perfect for my needs - strong, well-made, well priced, nice looking, and above all, comfortable!

Awful customer service
Awful customer service.
Ordered a Cable Crossover Machine as a gift and the delivery was a shambles with little help from Gym Master. Tracking from the delivery company reported 9 of 10 boxes, Gym Masters response was that it’ll probably arrive the next day. No sign of the missing box after a week so I contacted again, Gym Masters didn’t believe that the box was missing so checked with the delivery company who confirmed and would then investigate. Gym Masters refused to reissue the missing box. 10 days late the missing box arrived, as the courier was unloading the box different pieces of equipment like washers/bolts were rolling around the back of the van. After another few days Gym Master dispatched the missing parts. Requested a refund of the £40 delivery charge due to the issues/delays/missing parts were ignored.

Thank you for taking time to leave your review. We apologise for the problems relating to the last parcel of your order, back in December last year.
We can see in our messages that we chased delivery of the last box with our courier, but I cannot see any mention of us refusing to deliver a replacement box. The quickest solution is almost always to chase your local depot, but unfortunately our courier let us down badly on this occasion.
I can see that you then contacted us on the 30.12.2024, in regards to the missing items, and we responded on the same day, organising the spare parts to be sent out to you. We ship all our items on a next working day service, but due to the time of year this was, we could not guarantee next day delivery.
Since then, we have received no contact from yourself in regards to further missing parts, any delay in replacement parts, or any request for a partial refund.
Please can you urgently forward us any messages that you believe have not been responded to, or send us screenshots so that we can investigate ASAP. Please contact us via contact@gymmaster.co.uk and we will get back to you as a matter of urgency. Escalations must be handled by email, but if you are still unable to reach us then please do contact us via phone on 01362 697700 between 8:30 am to 5:00 pm, Monday through Friday.

Well where do I start.......
Well where do I start, please bear with me, I purchased the cable machine from this Company, arrived promptly, assembled and then realised that one of the bars at the side rub against the cable as you pull it down to work on your triceps as an example. I also realised the overall build quality was very poor it wasn't sitting level and the cable itself would get damaged pretty soon.
I then contacted the so called customer service team to send this back, they made this such a nightmare for me , threatening me with senior management involvement etc. Once I did send it back they analysed it like it's a £20k machine and noticed the slightest mark, and stated it was damaged and they wouldn't refund me, and were offering £75 gift voucher to spend on the website. The easy damage on the machine shows it's very poor quality and will not last.
They have my item and my money and are refusing to refund me anything, I hope it comes back on them as karma works that way.
I wouldn't use this company again even if someone paid me to do so.
I'm not really sure the reviews are genuine as honestly speaking this is one of the worst company's I have ever dealt with, very very bad non existent customer service.
I would give a minus 10 review if I could

The machine you returned to us is not the brand-new machine we sent you.
The machine we sent you was delivered on 29.01.25 @ 10.18.
You requested the return of the machine on 03.02.25. 4 days after delivery.
The machine you returned to us is covered in scratches marks and cuts. It is old and well used with ingrained dirt all over it.
When we received your complaint about the support handle getting damaged while using it, we assured you that this is impossible during proper usage as the pulleys pivot. We have sold thousands of this unit and I can confirm that we have never received a similar complaint. You decided that despite this answer, you still wanted to return your unit despite having thrown away all of the packaging.
We went over and above to enable you to return the item on the basis the rest of the unit was in new condition. Unfortunately, you then repeatedly failed to package the item sufficiently for collection, but we were eventually able to organise this for you in good faith. We repeatedly notified you throughout our messages that any damage including the original damaged handle would be deductible. We also explained that any damage during the return journey to us would be deductible, and you were fully responsible for providing adequate packaging.
Much to our surprise, the unit we received back was badly damaged and it also has ingrained dirt on many of the parts, which suggests have returned a much older used unit. We have shared numerous photos with you of the damage and parts with ingrained dirt. Such a large amount of ingrained dirt cannot possibly build up during your approximate 4 days of use.
We offered a £75 voucher for our site as a gesture of good will, but you have decided to refuse this.
