Gymmies Kitchen Reviews 

Have been getting Gymmies Kitchen meals for 4 weeks now and can confirm they are the best 'prep' meals I've tried. Also you get a quick response via direct message on instagram if you have any queries. My favourites so far; gain satay chicken, gain beef brisket with noodles, and the tikka prawns :-)

Meals are very tasty and fresh. The only thing I don't recommend is the brocoli mash unless you want to have garlic breath for the rest of the day. I like that you can choose your meals and the fact you can easily scan the barcode and log it on myfitness pal. More choice would be great as then I could order more often.

Been using Gymmies for a good while now and have to say anything I've ordered has always been fresh, well presented and tasty. Happy to recommend to anyone, try it once and you'll go back👍👍

Excellent meals, great delivery service.

A good range of meals from vegetarian to meat and fish dishes.
I find the flavours very tasty and with the calories being on point you cant go far wrong.

Good quality made to perfection all low calorie meals are delicious and good portion size and tastes fantastic

Had my first order last week and I have to say WOW.... the food is lovely and shipping is spot on. I was worried about being in Essex and distance it had to travel but not one problem. Thank you and already put my order in for next week.

Everything with my 1st order was great, I didn’t get along too well with the sliced carrots though, but that’s okay, this week I can avoid them 👌 carrot noodles are delicious, along with all the other vegetables, so far. Roll on Wednesday 😃

Packing problems and rice is watery
1. Any rice meals Rice gets sticky and very watery when we microwave.
2. Atleast 3-4 boxes are broken when delivered with every delivery.

I’ve used a couple of these companies for pre prep food and this is by far the worst. The veg in every meal is absolutely awful and to make things worse it’s 2/3 more expensive than the other company I use.
Definitely won’t buy from you again

High quality, healthy and tasty meals. Been using gymmies kitchen for 6 months now and still look forward to my delivery each week😊. Maintain meals are nutritious, convenient and provide a great balance for me. Keep up the great work👍.

Great selection of dishes, good portions and most importantly taste great. Only small, very small, issue is that the dishes don’t all scan directly on to My fitness pal but the dishes are all clearly labelled re calories anyway. So no big issue.

Gymmies more than lived up to my expectations in every way.
The menu is interesting and the food absolutely delicious.
My first delivery came on the hottest day of the year so far, it was well packed and still cold when I opened the box. I couldn’t wait to try my first meal, loved it! I’ll continue to make Gymmies part of my diet on a regular basis.

I’ve been using Gymmies Kitchen for a couple of weeks now and am super impressed. The food choices are great and everything has been so tasty. Enjoyed every single meal. I am trying to strike a balance between calories, healthy food and convenience and this is perfect for me.

Ordering is easy, delivery is efficient and easily tracked. I have been freezing half each week and they still turn out brilliantly.
