Ordered the Panda Paws. Amazing product that has helped with my daughter’s wrist pain after trying numerous other supports with no improvement for the pain.
The customer service was exceptional, so helpful with choosing the ideal product for her and even got a small discount which was very appreciated.

It was easy to order and happy I could only order one item instead of the pair, as she lost only one of these. However, I found it to be a bit on the expensive side. Although I understand the reason behind it it is still very costly.

I ordered 2 time for the same products…
I ordered 2 time for the same products same size of gloves, but it turns out a big big difference. I called to the CS for the first time purchases as I ordered medium size but it seems you sent me the large size, and they told me might be the size guidance is inaccurate but I told them they might put the wrong label, and they insist even I order the same medium size, it will give the same. So I order the S size for the second time.
One month later, I need to order again another S size for my other kids which gave me totally difference SIZE for the last S size, which I thought the product is not consistent and if I need returning I need to pay for the postage cost.
Would you please check again for the products?

My package was held in customs for a while, I reached out to Gymnastics Planet and they let me know that they submitted the correct paperwork and that sometimes items get stuck in customs but that they would help in any way they could. They stayed in contact with me and I really appreciated it!
