I had problems getting a power lead for my Sole exercise bike. Neither Sole nor their Uk distributer were helpful at all. I found Gymn parts. I cpouldn't find the part on the website so I telephoned. The person I spoke to was exceedingly helpful, even going to another room to check actual voltage on bikes in their stock. When the part arrived, I found that he had made the necessary connections to the adaptor so that it was literally plugNplay. He wrote a note on the box, explaining what he had done.This is an incredible level of service, especially for such a small part. I know where I will be shopping for gym equipment in future.

Brilliant customer service, very friendly over the phone. I couldn't measure the part myself (as it was extremely bent out of shape) for the length of the replacement cord, so they suggested I mail the part in for them to measure for me, the replacement fit perfectly!

My Reebok exercise bike was slipping when I was pedaling and thought it could have been the drive belt. I found Gymparts on line and emailed them my exercise bike details. They could not do enough for me, they where very friendly and helpful (especially a woman called Sarah). Who by her emails genuinely wanted to help customers. Sarah sent me the correct link to add the part to my basket, I purchased it and it was here within a couple of days at less than £30. Outstanding first time use. Will use again and much cheaper and greener than buying a whole new exercise bike - which Reebok tries to guide you to do.
