The air track is great except electric pump
The air track is great; good material, good seams. Delivery crew and tracking system are fantastic too. The issue we have is the electric pump. It heats up quickly with some air escaping thru the connectors when using it. The connectors are also not secured to the sleeve well because they are detached after a month.

I ordered a gym mat as a gift for a granddaughter. She and her sister loved it so much I ordered another as a gift for the other, so now they join them together for wider or longer mat space. Both orders were executed quickly and delivered promptly. The mats are top quality landing mats, and so well priced compared to other suppliers.

Great service
Great service, answered my questions promptly prior to purchase and immediately offered to rectify problems with the product upon delivery. Unfortunately the replacement parts weren't any better though. Long delivery times but think that is pretty much the same anywhere at the moment.

I emailed on Sunday Dec 19 requesting an update on my order that i was worried about. Sophie responded straight away and lodged an enquiry with the freight company. Sophie emailed me on Dec 20 with the details and It turned out that the item had been delivered but I had missed it. Sophie was helpful and efficient and I very much appreciated it.
