Absolutely useless AI customer service bot

The AI bot that responds to customer queries does not work. It can't understand any type of context and responds with the same, unhelpful responses over and over with no move towards a resolution. Won't be using them again, even with my huge discount

Can you please start to use different…

Can you please start to use different models with different sizes and height . I want to buy pair of leggings and your models seem to be all 5’9 or 5’10 size that’s already hard to believe and all of them are size small . All your models are size small the slimmer , muscular , how is that possible . I’m going to guess what size I am . Can you just have normal sized people

Please do not buy from this company, they steal from you!

Please do not buy from this company. They use Evri as a delivery service. I recently retuned my parcel to them. 2 weeks later, the tracking with Evri is still stuck. As it’s a prepaid label Gymshark are responsible. I provided my proof of postage and they are refusing a refund. I am out £300 and the items. I ordered twice in the last year where I kept half of my orders and they are using this as an excuse not to refund me “due to my returns activity”. It is unacceptable.

They are a terrible company with terrible customer service. And they are thieves. I am a real person, working to pay my bills. They are awful.

Great anti-bot and queue system for new releases

Ease of access, good anti-bot system, handled customer demand well, good amount of stock available for those wanting to bag the onyx, queue system worked really well and gave people a fair chance and it always surprises me at how quick and efficient gymshark are at packing and dispatching items (even on a release day with high demand) couldn't fault your service.

I am extremely disappointed with Gymshark!

I am extremely disappointed with Gymshark. I ordered an Onyx t-shirt, the money was taken from my account, but I received absolutely no confirmation or proof of my order. This is completely unacceptable.

I needed this shirt for a special event, and now I have nothing. No product, no email, no communication at all. This is not how you treat customers.

I am very angry and highly dissatisfied with this service. If this is not resolved quickly, I will never order from here again.

i personally love gymshark only…
