Interval Seamless / Whitney Regular leggings
I’ve ordered two pairs of leggings. Neither are squat proof.. (ITS BAD) You can see ALL MY GOODS!? Not to mention I can’t review products after I’ve paid for them on the app? Also they have AI customer service on their app? I have old gym shark leggings from 2023 that are baby blue & no issues. Bought bubble gum pink leggings and you can see way too much. I will be buying from Buff Bunny & other brands. I want to look good & feel safe while at the gym. Only worth getting accessories, sports bras, and shirts. Don’t compromise on your leggings laddies.

Order got lost
Order got lost. The courier service just said updates in 48 hours-no updates. Them had to contact customer services and still waiting for refund. Amazingly the t-shirt that was still in stock was delivered the next day

Sizing
The only comment I would like to make is your size labelling could be better! Your Labelling could contribute to a negative body image or body shaming when you size a garment 12-14 as Large which is the average size of a woman in the uk. I’m thinking of the young impressionable people, couldn’t you think about labelling it as Medium?

Gymshark misses ID field at checkout cost me a customs fine
Ordered from Peru (order #RW832091) and the package got stuck in customs for over a week because Gymshark's checkout doesn't collect a DNI/ID number, which is required for international customs clearance. This resulted in a S/. 550 fine that I had to pay just to release my own package, money I never should have had to spend. Their support chatbot couldn't help and just said customs issues are 'between the courier and local authority,' completely ignoring that the root problem was their own incomplete checkout data. If you're ordering from Peru, be aware this could happen to you too
