Gym source has a very good product mix, knowledgeable staff and delivery operations that make equipment receipt super easy.

Ryan and Chris are knowledgeable about products and provide great customer service. I have not left the store without feeling great about the purchase I made.

Horrible, still missing the parts and jo one has even called to advise on delivery 2 weeks later, half of the stuff is unusable.

I recommend the salespeople at gym source for helping to set up a professional gym or just to figure out equipment for use at home.They will direct you not to the most expensive pieces of cardio or other equipment, but to what is best for your needs and what has the best reliability. All the salespeople at Tyson's Gym Source have a wealth of experience and knowledge about all kinds of fitness equipment. They have a lot of great pieces on the showroom floor that you can try out. But when they didn't have exactly what I had in mind, Maddie did a lot of research to figure out the best pieces for my home gym. You can't find this kind of personalized resource anywhere online. I have even used their online chat service (talking to the some of the same sales reps at the Tyson's store) when I'm interested in new equipment. It is still worth a trip into the store to make the most informed decision.

Erik Bruce + Norman were awesome to deal with. They were so patient with my visits to try the machine before committing to purchase. Delivery & set up in my difficult building went seamless, with a great team. The Cybex machine is wonderful. I am so glad I made the purchase. I am working out more than I did with my gym membership.

They were easy to work with; good communication, no surprises, excellent install team.

One of the staff gave me a tour and explained a lot about the machines and equipment. So far, I’ve only bought some of the books and resistance tubing. But I plan to buy more items so I have the option of working out at home or at the gym.

I use the Gym Source in Greenwich, CT. We recently built a new home and included an area for exercise equipment but had no real idea how to outfit it. Lisa Ripley and Carlos always go way above and beyond to help us understand what we need - with a focus on how each piece of equipment is different. They both have a rare mix of professional and knowledgeable help without any pressure. They also have saved us a lot of $$ by alerting us when pieces we are looking at are on sale - again with no pressure.
